Known for expanding the financial and organizational capacity of businesses, non profits agencies and governmental entities, Ms. Whitted-Dawson connects clients and employers to philanthropic supporters and nontraditional investors. Elizabeth Whitted-Dawson has supported private and public organizations with raising more than $42 million during the last 5 years. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant for Whitted Dawson Group and General Manager for WD Enterprises, LLC, she served as Development Manager for Institutional Giving with the Catalina Island Conservancy, maintaining and expanding the breadth of funding from Foundations, Corporations and Government.  Working with environmental, educational, science and recreational staff, Ms. Whitted-Dawson used her knowledge of the institutional funding community, to confer with Executive team (CEO, CFO, COO, Chief Development and Communications Officer), research, Identify and capture funding opportunities to support the Conservancy's mission to protect and restore Catalina Island, as well as broad relationships across the foundation philanthropic community.

Ms. Whitted Dawson was the Founder and Principal Director of WD Global Bridge, LLC. She is an experienced professional with more than 28 years of extensive program management, financing, capital and economic development coordination, grant writing and programmatic budget/administration experience. Ms. Dawson managed WDGB (formerly Whitted Dawson Associates) for more than 14 years. Other projects include feasibility and assessment studies, funding source research, and preparation of 3-5 year capital plans. 

With the firm, Ms. Dawson has provided direct support for international projects (including travel, site visits, meetings and discussions with key officials) facilitated presentation processes for community groups, City Council briefings and department CEOs to apprise them of financial feasibility, management analysis and conceptual design/cost estimation. She participated in financing transactions for more than $2 billion of public and private development and infrastructure projects. WD Global Bridge’s efforts resulted in securing $42 million grant and sponsorship funding for various agencies and projects since 2009.
